I first started working with Dantonio when I was hired as a post production assistant on the TNT cable series Major Crimes. With his guidance and support I was quickly promoted to post production coordinator in less than a year. When that series came to an end, Dantonio promoted me to Post Supervisor on his next project. He saw the potential in me that I did not know I had. Over the next several years we would work together on numerous pilots and television series. I would eventually be promoted to Associate Producer on the CBS drama All Rise because of his advocacy and endorsement. I would not be where I am today if not for him.
Dantonio has a prolific knack for seeing the potential in people and guiding them in how best to use their strengths to excel in this industry. He continues to be a source of support and advice to this day even when we are on different projects. I value his mentorship and will continue to do so for the rest of my career
